We have developed a digital guidance tool to facilitate the sale of complex products. The tool supports customers in finding and configuring the right products. One example is the sales guidance tool for Basler AG, which offers vision systems. Our tool guides customers through the configuration process by asking specific questions and making product recommendations based on the answers. By connecting to Basler's product database, the customer can buy products directly.
